Although it is generally reliable, it does not work 100% of the time due to many variables in phone systems and individual phone numbers. Some of the reasons it might NOT work include the phone number is disconnected, busy or forwarding to another phone line.
DOES SPY DIALER LET ME LISTEN TO SOMEONE'S VOICEMAIL MESSAGES?
No! That would be illegal! Just the OUTBOUND voicemail of the number can be heard. In other words, what you would hear if you called someone's phone number and it went to voicemail.
